Demonic Possesion Gone Wrong (Gone Sexual?)
Chapter 5
Selat woke to someone banging on his front door. He groaned and rolled over covering his head with his feather duvet, however the banging only continued, getting even louder. Selat tossed off his sheets with a huff and wrapped a robe around himself so that he wouldn’t be answering the door in just his boxers. Cursing under his breath, he stalked down the stairs and fumbled with the lock before wrenching it open. Jason stood on the steps naked and sopping wet.
“I-“ the warlock began to say something but his voice cracked. Selat hadn’t summoned him. There was only one way he could have gotten here.
“Have you had the chance to rest yet since it happened?” Jason shook his head. “Come on in then.” Selat opened the door wider. “Once you’re dried off you should get some sleep. Trust me, it will help.”
Jason was restless the whole night, occasionally sitting up and staring out the window at the red sun, but Selat did not ask him about it, not yet. He deserved at least a night to come to terms with what had happened. Instead he waited until the next morning after breakfast before he asked.
“So, how did it happen?”
“I fell at a bad angle in the shower and hit the faucet going down. Pretty sure it punched a hole through my skull.” He rubbed the back of his head as he spoke as if expecting to find the wound that had killed him. “A really stupid way to go right?” He forced out a laugh that broke as it left his mouth into bitter tears. “I’m sorry I just thought I’d have more time. I didn’t even get the chance to tell my parents what I look like now, what the hell are they going to think when they see the body? Fuck, when are they even going to find the body?”
“I alerted the earthly authorities last night pretending to be a friend of yours. They ought to have found it by now.”
“Well at least it didn’t have time to rot.”
“And the injury you described can easily be hidden for the funeral.”
“Shit I didn’t even think of that.” He dug the palms of his hands into his eyes.
“Why would you? That’s the concern of the living, not the dead. You have enough to worry about right now, like coming to terms with your death and the role bestowed upon you by the beloved and learning the limits of your new body. Though I suppose you are already fairly well versed there.” Jason opened and closed his four hands.
“I don’t know, something does feel different. Like I’m more solid somehow. I guess if I had to describe it it’s like I just got onto dry land after spending hours in the ocean.”
“That may be because your magic has become innate. It ought to feel much more responsive than it was previously. Speaking of which, what were you given?” Selat, as a lord of deception, had been given obscurity in three senses: to shadow, and to hide. He was curious to see what the gift given to one who punishes would be.
“Magnetism in both senses.” Selat raised an eyebrow.
“You received a gift in all its senses?”
“Yeah…”
“What title were you given?”
“Prince of retribution.”
“Lords of the pits, he really does like you. Although reign over two aspects does seem a little light for someone of your rank.”
“I mean, considering he gave me reign over magnetism, two kinds honestly seems a bit overkill.” Selat’s eyebrow inched higher. “Have you been following developments in physics and biology much since you died?”
“Not particularly closely.”
“And that was in the mid 1700s right?”
“Yes.”
“Okay, so starting from your time,” he slit his finger, allowing a drop of blood to form on his skin. Then he held his hand over the drop and the color drained from it while a small pile of red dust formed in his outstretched palm. “Mammalian blood has iron in it. That’s what makes it red and lets it carry oxygen throughout the body.” He divided the pile into two with his finger, and proceeded to coat one of his left index fingers and one of his right index fingers with iron dust, letting a trail form between them. “Fast forward about half a century, we figure out that magnetism and electricity are connected and that you can create electricity by manipulating a magnetic field.” A spark jumped along the trail of iron between his fingers. “Fast forward about a century and a half and electromagnetism becomes a central force of the universe according to the theory of relativity. Soon after that, we figure out the Earth has a magnetic field that has been deflecting radiation away from its surface. A few decades after that we start realizing that living things produce magnetic fields too.” Selat felt woozy all of a sudden.
“What did you just-“
“I swapped your poles. One second.” The feeling passed as quickly as it had started. “It turns out all living things contain crystallized magnetite, though humans mostly have it in their brains.” Selat very quickly backed up. “Woah don’t worry I’m not going to mess with it! Essentially though, I can do a lot of insane shit to people and electronics and might be able to deflect radiation? I’m not in a huge hurry to try that one out though. I might be able to mess with other stuff that interacts with electromagnetism as well, but I’d probably need more practice.”
“You said you’d received another sense as well.”
“Yeah.” Suddenly Selat wanted to kneel. He wanted to press his lips to every inch of his lover’s body, to live only as a source of pleasure for him. The demon was about to take his cock in his hand when the spell suddenly ended. “Shit, sorry I didn’t realize it would be that strong.”
“If I’m being honest,” Selat blushed, “that’s actually quite arousing.”
“What, that I could turn you into a pliant little toy with barely a thought?” His eyes darkened and Selat smiled.
“Do you feel a bit better now?”
“You know what, yeah, I do feel better. Thanks.” He looked lost in thought for a moment. “Do you know if there’s any areas with severe pollution around here?”
“There’s the fields of endless smog, where those who willfully destroy the planet are condemned to wander in their own swill for eternity. Why?”
“Pollution caused by combustion engines contains airborne magnetite nano-particles. I don’t really feel like becoming a nudist and it’s faster than calling my tailor.”
“Aestuo?”
“Yeah?” The newly minted demon turned his head as he made to leave and Selat tossed him a set of keys.
“Welcome home.” He caught them and threaded his index finger through the key ring.
“Thanks.”
Aestuo was careful not to actually enter the field of endless smog while he harvested magnetite from its choking clouds. He could see from above that they were not in fact endless, occupying a space of about a square mile, which suggested to him that there was probably some sort of enchantment on it that turned prisoners around while they were inside it making it seem like it was endless. Luckily for him, it seemed like there were quite a few auto-industry lobbyists stuck in there, so there were more than enough particles of airborne metal for him to put on some clothes. He’d managed to remember to grab some water before he left the house, which he channeled the tiny bits of iron ore into. Then, when it had been sufficiently saturated with metal, he lifted the ferrofluid he’d created onto himself and let it coat his body, before resolving it into a shiny approximation of a long coat, jeans, combat boots, and a cable knit sweater. He wasn’t sure how much he liked the feeling of it though. It was predictably wet, but it was better than nothing for now. He was probably going to have to track down where She Who Snarls the Wool Upon the Spinning Wheel lived.
While he attempted to figure out what the hell he was going to pay her without his PlayStation, he felt a familiar tug deep in his chest and then he was staring down at a familiar floor.
“By thy name I bind thee in chains of truth, thy tongue shall burn with any lie that passes thy lips. By thy name I bind your hands and feet that thou may not raise them against me.”
“Christ, you know that binding is outdated. It doesn’t even account for gifts of principality. By my name, I also bind the loom upon which I weave the world, that I may not raise it against you. Now, where the hell did you find my name?” His mom tapped her glass eye.
Back when she was still practicing she had performed the Ritual of the Hangedman, what was known in some circles as “the oldest ritual”, an eye exchanged for deeper knowledge. She had gained the ability to know the true name of whatever demon was best able to perform a task or answer a question for her, however immediately after the task was done or the question was answered, she would lose her memory of it. There was also the risk of whatever demon she had called taking exception to some random older woman they’d never met knowing their true name and attempting to silence her, so she had not recommended that Aestuo do the same when he became a warlock.
“Is that you?” His dad asked, fumbling for the glasses that he was too proud to wear half the time.
“Come on, you know how this works. I’ve got no obligation to give you anything but half truths that sound good until we make a deal. Even if you think you know who I am, it’s still best practice to make sure I’m actually obligated to answer your questions. What do you want to know?”
“We want to know what happened to our son. Your price?” His mother asked.
“The earthly possessions of your late first born.”
“That’s alright, we would have had to throw most of it out anyway.”
“Are you kidding me? You could’ve at least sold it! Do you know how much some of those vinyls are worth?”
“Hi Jason.”
“Hi mom.”
“Can you please tell me what happened to you?”
“I fell in the shower and cracked my head open and died. It wasn’t related to work or anything supernatural or anything, it was just bad luck.”
“While that’s a relief to hear,” her shoulders relaxed a little, “that doesn’t explain very much about how we found you or why you’re still here.”
“Sorry about that. I meant to tell you the next time we saw each other in person, but clearly I didn’t get the chance. I’ve got some tattoos on the back of my neck that ought to hide everything. Though it won’t hold up too well to close inspection with how much it’s hiding.” His mom fixed him with her “stop evading the question” look. “Okay so the body, that was a trade I did as part of payment for a deal. Don’t look at me like that, I’m the one that suggested it.”
“You might be surprised to know, but that doesn’t make me feel better about it.”
“Yeah I kind of figured it wouldn’t. Look, you said you’d support whatever I chose to do as long as it made me happy right?”
“And becoming a lord of the pit made you happy?” His dad pushed up his glasses.
“Well first off, give me some credit, I’m not a lord of the pit, I’m a prince of demons. Wait, did you guys make this circle for a lord of the pit?” He put his hand over the outer edge of it. “You did!” Aestuo stepped right out of the chalk circle they’d drawn. “You could’ve gotten yourselves killed if you’d summoned somebody else. Like god forbid if I was murdered.”
“You’ll have to forgive me for using the wrong containment sigils. I was a little preoccupied when I called you.” His mom watched his tail flick back and forth with her one good eye.
“Shit, right, sorry.” Aestuo realized he’d cursed in front of them. “Oops, sorry.” They’d already started packing his stuff up into boxes scattered around his empty apartment. “I figure what we should start with is that I didn’t become a demon, I always was one I guess. You saw my true name, I figure that ought to be pretty damning evidence.”
“I don’t remember it anymore.” He tore a piece of cardboard off of one of the boxes, grabbed one of the markers they’d been using to label them and quickly drew his sigil onto it.
“Unless I’ve been misinformed, that’s not a human name.” His dad took the piece of cardboard. As a retired druid he had experience with a wider variety of true names.
“You’re sure this is yours?”
“Absolutely.”
“And it’s always been-“
“Yes, that's always been my true name.” His dad took off his glasses to rub his eyes.
“Well fuck.” Aestuo looked at him in mild shock. “No you’re right, that's not human.”
“And you’re perfectly alright with that?” His mom asked.
“Well what are my other options, sit in a corner with my arms crossed and strongly disapprove? It’s better for me to just accept what I can’t change right? Besides, I get to live basically forever, I look sick as hell, and I have access to all of the gifts and privileges of my rank.” He counted on his fingers to underscore the point. “What do I have to be upset about?”
“You’re one who punishes aren’t you? At least from what I can read. You don’t think having to torture people for centuries is going to weigh on you?” His dad put his glasses back on.
“I- I don’t think you want the answer to that question.” His father put down the piece of cardboard.
“Oh Christ, I didn’t think of that. Sorry, I don’t want you to think I’m judging you, I just wanted to make sure you’re alright with what you’re going to have to do.”
“I’m personally just glad you’re still alive.” His mom held his hand. “Though this may take some getting used to.” She looked up at him with a small smile on her face. “So who is this friend that had a key to your appartment.”
“Well if you refer to the terms of our deal you’ll see I have no obligation to give you information related to anything other than the initial question asked.”
“Come on! You’ll have to tell us eventually.”
“Oh leave him be. He’ll tell us when he’s ready.”
“I’ll tell you when I’m compensated.” Aestuo corrected. He started looking through the boxes of his things making sure everything was there. “I know we never talked about this but can you have my body cremated?”
“Worried about sympathetic magic?” His dad asked.
“Well with my specific line of work I’m going to be making a lot of wealthy enemies. Doesn’t hurt to be careful. Oh right, do either of you still have contacts in the technical magicians’ union? I feel like they might be interested in making contact. Don’t give them my name or anything, just ‘He Who Boils the Blood of the Exploited’ should be enough.”
“We’ll trade. Who’s your friend?” He sighed in frustration.
“The demon that used to occupy this body.”
“Oh so just a work friend?”
“I didn’t say that.” His mom’s eyes narrowed.
“Didn’t you say you traded-“
“Okay bye mom, good seeing you.” He grabbed the boxes with a combination of arms and ferrofluid and released the connection binding him to the living world.
“Honestly,” she stared at the spot on the floor where he’d disappeared. “This is worse than when we found his DeviantArt account.” His dad laughed.
“I don’t think he said more than two words to us for a week after that. He probably wouldn’t have left his room if he didn’t have to eat.”
“I still don’t understand what the big deal was. Those dogs he drew were very cute. Though I’m not quite sure why they always had weapons.”
“It must be a violent and cruel world for dogs with dyed hair.” He shook his head sadly, then his knees buckled under him and his wife quickly ran to grab his arm for support. “He’s alive.”
“He is.”
“But he isn’t human.”
“And that’s something we’ll have to come to terms with once the shock has gone.” She held his hand. He held hers.
“You’ve completed your first deal already. Impressive.” Aestuo had appeared once again at the beloved’s feet, the same as when he had arrived here naked and soaking wet to be reborn.
“You can put it down to nepotism I guess.”
“But still you had the fortitude to act as you should, despite how recently you died. Most can’t say the same. You’ve done well.”
“So what happens now? Do I get to go home or do I need to fill something out?”
“You receive your reward for another service performed on my behalf, and another link falls from my chains, in the same way your horns and tail were bestowed. Choose whatever method you wish.”
“Hm.” He considered the chained creature. “How do you feel about mind altering effects?”
“Do what you will.” Aestuo climbed onto The Beloved’s lap and put a hand on his shoulder.
“You got it boss.” A fog fell over The Hated One’s mind and suddenly there was nothing but his servant before him. He strained against his chains trying to touch him, the muscles of his neck bulging with the effort as he attempted to kiss him, but the former warlock backed away and eased his hands back to the arm rests of his throne. “Tell me what you want me to do, Beloved.” If not for the mental fortitude he had built up over millions of years of service to his beloved and thousands of years in chains he would have begun to cry. The man who ruled his thoughts had called him Beloved. Even if only in deference, The Hated One’s heart was starved for such words of affection.
“Kiss me?” It came out as a whimpered question rather than an order but he didn’t care. He needed it, he needed something, anything to prove he wasn’t just an eternally shackled husk, that could still be loved by someone. Aestuo held his face, still holding onto one of The Hated One’s shoulders for support as he worked himself open.
“Of course I can, darling.” The Hated One did cry then as Aestuo kissed him. His tears fell thick and heavy on a face that hadn’t felt them since the day he was imprisoned. The demon kissed him gently, softly caressing his cheek with his hand. Tears of frustration mingled with The Hated One’s tears of joy at his inability to touch him back.
Aestuo broke the kiss first, peppering more onto the hated one’s cheek and down his neck. He opened one eye. “How would you feel about me fucking your ass?”
“I can’t rise far enough from this chair.” Liquid metal ran up the sides of the throne and pooled beneath The Hated One.
“How would you feel about it?” The Hated One closed his eyes wishing he could cover his face.
“Please.” Aestuo lowered himself onto The Hated One’s cock at the same time the liquid iron breached his hole. After thousands of years untouched, pleasure arced through him like lightning. He tried to hold back, to preserve even the barest shreds of his pride, but a half strangled scream of pleasure escaped his mouth.
“You have a very nice voice.” Aestuo wound his fingers through The Hated One’s hair. “Would you mind letting me hear it again?” The Hated One would do anything for him now, Aestuo was his light, his world, the only thing pleasant about being chained in this box, so he swallowed his pride and began to moan like a whore. “That’s it, baby, you’ve got it.” The demon ran his fingers through The Hated One’s feathers as he rode him, kissing his neck and chest as he pounded up into him. Still The Hated One cried, overwhelmed by the feeling of being touched in so many places. Yet, he craved it. Even as four hands explored his body he still felt it wasn’t enough, he needed to be held more completely. The Hated One knew Aestuo wouldn’t mind editions to his body beyond what he was asking for. He could see the minds of all his servants, and for this round or changes he’d thought he was limited to some minor changes to his tongue and his cock, but The Hated One was willing to offer him so much more. “Go on, do it, give it to me.” The demon kissed him again, deeper, enough for The Hated One to believe that he was once again The One Beloved Above All Others. He came and then the fog lifted from his mind.
Aestuo attempted to catch his breath as a third set of arms erupted from his sides along with a third set of wings from his back. Mouths opened at the palms of his hands as well trying to take in more air. “Hey, you know you were thinking pretty loud, there.” The Hated One did not let his embarrassment show on his face. “Right, well, thanks for the new arms. I really appreciate it.” He kissed him on the cheek before hopping off of his lap. As he walked away, five links of The Hated One’s chains snapped off. He stared at the empty space they had once occupied and tried lifting his arm. To his shock, he could bring his hand up to his face. For the first time in thousands of years The Hated One wiped away his own tears.
Selat was beginning to become concerned. Aestuo should have been back by now. The field of endless smog wasn’t too far from his home by flight, he hoped he hadn’t gotten lost. Selat heard the lock on his front door click open and he sat up. “Hey, I’ve got some boxes. Would you mind helping me out?” Aestuo stood in the doorway, cardboard boxes under each of his six arms, reeking of sex and ozone.
“You work quickly.” Selat raised an eyebrow as he took one from him.
“You’re the second person who’s said that to me today. My parents wanted to know how I died. Coincidentally I knew how that happened.”
“During my first attempt at making a deal, I started crying and threw up on the client.”
“Well yeah you were dealing with a lot of baggage. I just had to deal with my parents asking about my love life.”
“Oh?”
“Don’t be surprised if you get a summon from my mom in about a week or two. I figure that’s about how long it will take for curiosity to get the best of her.”
“You gave her my name?!”
“Oh god no, of course not. She performed the Ritual of the Hanged Man when she was around my age. That’s how she managed to find me.” Aestuo looked around for a second. “Where should I put these?”
“I have a spare room upstairs you can use until you sort through them.” He huffed. “It’s a shame you had to meet with The Beloved. I would’ve loved to have you ravish me.”
“Who says I can't?” His eyes flicked down to Selat’s face. “I don’t even feel tired,” He laughed. “It’s crazy right? Like, just carrying around all these boxes should’ve worn me out but I’m still raring to go.” Selat put his box down.
“You are going to discover a great deal of things about your body that will surprise you at first.”
“Like increased sex drive?” Aestuo put down his own load of boxes and wrapped his arms around Selat’s waist. “I got what you asked for by the way. All this was just extra.” He stroked his cheek with one of his new hands. “Though I think you might get a kick out of some of it.” His voice came from right by Selat’s ear. The demon turned to look, seeing a smiling mouth in the center of his palm. “Too weird?” Aestou asked. Selat pulled the other demon’s hand to his cheek and Aestuo gave him a quick kiss.
“It’s like you were made for me.”
“Just so you know, it’s only going to get weirder from here.”
“And? If all goes well I will only look more and more human as time passes. Will you still want to fuck me then?”
“Yeah,” he admitted.
“I trust your process. You’re only becoming more yourself after all.”
“Do you want to see what it feels like when I jack you off?”
“Oh yes please.”
Aestuo watched as Selat undressed. His own clothes had been easy to just pull away from his skin and concentrate to a line along his spine. He was starting to get used to the wetness, and the versatility of it was hard to ignore. Maybe he’d skip the trip to the tailor’s after all. Selat sat in his lap once he’d finished.
“Do you want me to mess with your head or would you prefer to do this sober?”
“Sober. I want to have an unclouded experience. Though you will have to fuck me under your influence some other time.” Aestuo hummed in agreement.
“I can’t wait to see what you’ll look like so needy for me.” He wrapped his hand around Selat’s cock and began to stroke, twisting his wrist to give his tongue better access. Selat curled inwards on reflex. It felt strange, the strong grip of his hand and wet heat of his mouth both on him at once was overwhelming. Not unpleasant by any means, but almost too much at once. Aestuo gave him a moment to adjust before latching his hands onto his chest and thighs as well. Now he was well and truly overwhelmed as five mouths kissed and licked and bit everything in their reach. He tapped one of the demon’s arms as he felt heat building within him.
“I’m close.”
“You want me to fuck you first?” Selat nodded and Aestuo took his hand from his cock. He lifted him with the set of hands on his thighs and laid him down on the bed. Liquid metal slid down the former warlock’s fingers and he lowered his hand creating a ring around the base of the elder demon’s cock. “Just to be safe?” He asked, looking for permission.
“Prove you need it.” Aestuo grinned.
“I’ll do my best.” As he slipped his hand between Selat’s legs and began to tongue him open, Aestuo kissed him. His forked tongue was thicker and longer than it had been before. He moaned around it as it filled his mouth, forcing his jaws open even wider. The other demon touched the back of his throat and he gagged. Aestuo brought one of his roaming hands to Selat’s ear.
“Aw, look at you. You can’t even take my tongue without choking. How on earth do you think you’re going to take these?” He ground his cocks against Selat’s thigh letting him feel the ridges along its length. The demon whimpered around his tongue in response. “Sorry I didn’t catch that.” He pulled away, giving Selat a chance to breathe.
“Just one for now. I need time to get used to it.”
“Of course.” He broke character for a moment to offer reassurance. “I bet you want to know how it feels rutting against you.” The mouth on the hand at Selat’s ass slid shut and Aestuo lined himself up, one of his dicks at the edge of Selat’s hole and the other ready to slide between his balls. He gripped the smaller demon’s shoulder and gave him a quick, gentle squeeze before pushing inside.
Selat balled his fists in his sheets as Aestuo thrusted. The ridges of his cock rubbed maddeningly over his inner walls and against the base of his own cock. He felt himself edge closer to cumming again, but just as he felt he was about to reach his release the ring of metal tightened painfully around him. As he grit his teeth Aestuo kissed the side of his neck.
“Careful.” He bit down and Selat yelped as he felt him break the skin. Aestuo pulled back, kissing the spot again apologetically. “Sorry, sharper than I’m used to.” Selat pulled him down and bit Aestuo’s neck, his blunt human teeth eventually drawing blood. He kissed the larger demon, the taste of metal still on his tongue and Aestuo came. The ring melted from Selat’s cock and the former Warlock only had to give him a few strokes before he was cumming as well.
After they’d cleaned up, Aestuo carefully applied a patch of gauze to Selat’s neck.
“Sorry again”
“It’s alright.” The bite on Aestuo’s neck was small enough that just a band-aid had been sufficient. “Just warn me next time.” As he smoothed down the tape his fingers stilled for a moment, lingering on the soft skin of his neck.
“How did you die?” He asked carefully. “If you don’t mind talking about it.”
“Pneumonia. It was not a particularly dramatic or glamorous end. I was a barrister in life, and often taken to overwork. Unfortunately I let myself get too run down, fell ill and just never got better. I was only about thirty five.”
“That must’ve been pretty awful. At least for me it was quick.”
“Time has made it less terrible, and the knowledge that far less people in the current era die in the same way helps.”
“So… you had to wear a powdered wig?”
“It was the fashion then! I just don’t understand why they still wear them. They’re not exactly comfortable. At least most of the former colonies have done away with them.” He crossed his arms for a moment before a grin spread across his face. “Tell me, did you ever have a tumblr account?”
“Oh don’t you dare.”
“At least for me it was three hundred years ago, what’s your excuse?” He laughed.
“I mean there’s some stuff from your era that’s not bad.”
“Oh really?” Aestuo knelt down in front of him and ran his hands down his calf before bending down to kiss him.
“I think you’d look damn good in heels.” Selat wrapped his legs around his head.
“I think you ought to wear them more often.” Aestuo kissed the inside of his knee.
“I can do that.”
